You Are Koalafied!

Hello, yay!!!!!  It is Lisa here with you today, and I am so so excited to be sharing my first post ever on this blog!  And I can't wait to share many more posts with all of you from here on out.  Today I have opted to share a happy, colorful, and oh so cute card created using the Gerda Steiner You Are Koalafied Stamp Set!  This set offers some of the cutest little Koalas with a group of fun sentiments...

To create this card I started by layering my patterned paper panels onto my cardbase.  I also used a diecut from My Favorite Things called: Blue Prints 31.  On white cardstock I stamped my little Koala and my sentiments before coloring them in with various Spectrum Noir Markers.  I decided to color the sentiments in to match some of the patterned paper I had used, as I felt the white would stand out too much.  I also decided to adhere the Hug strip with foam adhesive for extra dimension.
